How much is postage?

For all orders under $100, standard carbon neutral postage is a flat rate of $8.95.

For all orders over $100, carbon neutral postage is on us!

Is it true all packaging and postage is 100% plastic-free?

Yep! When we say 100% plastic-free, we mean business! That means:

  • No plastic packaging
  • No sticky-tape
  • No stickers
  • No plastic-lined pamphlets
  • No bubble wrap


Your products will be posted to you either in a black compostable mailer or a repurposed cardboard box sealed with compostable sticky tape and include recycled paper postage label and card as well as fully compostable stickers.

For our biodegradable and compostable (yay!) mailers, we use an Australian brand, Hero Packaging. To find out more about how the bags are made and how they can be composted (Hint: just throw them into your garden, warm farm or compost bin! Will my package be private and discrete?

Whether you live with family, housemates or maybe just have some overly snoopy neighbour, we know privacy is important. Your order will have no specific Motéa branding ensuring total discretion is maintained.

How is delivery carbon neutral?

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Every time we send your packages, Australia Post offsets the carbon emissions as well as continues to invests in positive processes to reduce their emissions, such as switching to electric bikes and vehicles. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are posted from Melbourne, Australia, within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Due to a massive increase in online shopping during COVID, Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays and unable to provide delivery estimates. But rest assured! They are worth any small wait.

You will receive a tracking number on the day the item is posted. If you have any issues with receiving your tracking information, please contact us via email moteapleasure@gmail.com

Do you post internationally?

Not yet! We're looking into ways that we can post internationally that are sustainable, efficient and cost-effective. Stay tuned for any updates on this in the future.
